I already have youcam app, so I really only got this one for the AI video effects since I can do pretty much the same stuff in video mode on the regular youcam app, and I also already had the makeup app. Unfortunately, I paid the gull price for this app only to discover ALL the AI effects make the video lag so far behind the sound that they are unusable since they areobbiously not sync'd correctly- they really need to work on those! The regular effects all work fine without screwing up the sync between audio/video, however the effects will go across the entire screen and I personally don't have a lot of use for that since they go over the subject's face and obscure them to the point of distraction- the AI ones won't do that but again, unusable due to sync issues. As far as the makeup, I personally find you are just better off making sure you do your makeup well before a video- it will obvious when you have 4 sets of lashes when you blink, for example, that there is some "creative editing" going on here. I think this is more suitable for subtle adjustments, but then I can also adjust subtle things like color saturation, contrast, etc without this app. There really is no "fix" for making sure you look your best before a video- careful planning and execution is key.
